In 2001, realizing that businesses needed a flooring source that operated by the old-fashioned idea of service, dependability and integrity, Larry Kirshon founded Business Floors, with a goal to be the most reliable commercial flooring company in New England. It seemed like a simple idea, but this meant answering the phone when customers called. Showing up when we said we would. It meant expert installation, and standing behind the products we sell and the way they were installed. It didn’t matter if the customer wanted 20,000 square feet of tile or a trip hazard fixed in their elevator — they both received prompt attention and courteous service. Some of our biggest customers started with a job that was so small no other commercial flooring contractor would return their calls, and we saw that small job as an opportunity to build a relationship.
